If you own a mono pressing of the phil ochs lp "Tape from california" or know someone who does, could you play it, especially "the harder thet fall" and see if its in stereo? I paid what I consider good money for a mono copy (one of those where its Stero cover with MONO stickers stuck over the word "Stereo".
On mine even the label indicates mono because it doesnt say stereo where most A&M records usually say it and the catolouge mumber begins with a "p" instead of "SP". when I played it, its actually in stereo, much to my dismay. I just wanna see if I got a mislabled pressing or if the others are the same way. If you have one let me know how yours is.
