Hello there from Germany,
my name ist Stefan and at first I want to say sorry for my bad english but maybe you can me.:scratch2:

I have a pair of Celestion Ditton 662 which are too big for my room.
The reason I started this thread is because I want to sell them.
But there are a lot of questions.

I followed a pair of Ditton 66 in eBxx.uk and they were sold for 1200€.
Are my ditton quite as good as the 66 or are they that expensive because of a hype?
I mean the 662 is the follower of the 66 but are they better?
Or is it a hype like I asked before?

Do you know a reason why a 66 is much easier to find as a pair of 662?
Is the 662 more seldom than the 66?

Which price can I asking for a pair of 662 wich are not mind but in good condition?

Sorry for the many questions and thank you really much for reading!
Have a nice weekend!

Stefan

You've posted in the wrong forum -- the Dollars and Sense forum is the appropriate place to get answers on value, and the Speaker forum is where you might get answers about the various models.

Thank you for your answer.
As a German it isnt very easy in a detailled forum like this one.

Are here administrators who could switch my Thread to the right places, please?
I would be pleased as punch if an admin could make two threads of mine.

Thank you really much!

Stephan: I posted your question in the Speaker forum with the title Celestion 662. Perhaps you'll get an answer, though the majority of AKers are american, and Celestion has never had enormous distribution here. But there are members all over the place, and no doubt Celestion devotees among them, so maybe you'll get the information you want.

Thank you for helping!
It is one of the reasons why I posted in this forum.
I think it is a huge forum and the chance to get an answer is hiher than in other smaller forums.
