I found this deck today at a local pawn shop for $15.

I need to clean fingerprints, etc. from it, but everything works, and sounds GREAT!

I know nothing about this deck. I need it like I need a hole in my head, but for the price, I think I'd be a fool not to have grabbed it.

Seems like a pretty nice unit. Anyone familiar with it? All I can find is that it was made in 1991.

If I add it to my rack, I need to do some rearranging.....hence the bed photo.

I've got a KX-660 that I bought new and have been more than happy with. Only 2 head but with Dolby B, C and HX Pro. Makes great recordings and tapes I've had for years and years still sound fresh to my ears.

Well done on your find. Hope you enjoy it :)

It's fairly similar to my KX-3510, also of a similar vintage. Solid units. Good quality. Nice sound. They were reasonably priced when new. My 3510 is still in service today, but doesn't get used all that much anymore. Never a problem with my Kenny. Of course, I always cleaned and degaussed it religiously. Degaussed with a wand. The only way to do it!
