MarkAnderson 04-12-2009, 11:46 PM Alright. I'll listen to it again.
clydeselsor 04-12-2009, 11:50 PM Steve Dahl used to play "My Pal Foot Foot" on his morning show on the Loop FM 98 in Chicago, back when he was actually funny. I thought that the Shaggs were pretty funny!

I was with my sister when one of her friends sent it too her. Me and her thought it was a joke. Sadly, It is not. This "song" (and I say that word loosly) will be added to the "what song makes you want to smash your stereo?" thread
Believe me. I debated with myself for 2 minutes on whither or not to post this in the music forum.
Sir.Byrd 04-13-2009, 12:33 AM Request is on it's way :thmbsp: Your a very brave soul my friend!

vegabass25 04-13-2009, 02:04 AM Just another rap crap song.
It's a mix of 2 of the most terrible song genres. Rap and "screamo" (somthing like that anyway :thmbsp:
The first song. What is that? Skinhead rap or Hell's elevator music? I'd rather have flaming 'roids than have to listen to that again.
Cadillac Kid 04-13-2009, 02:37 AM Wonder if I can find it on Vinyl. :scratch2: Bree Bree
Tower Boss 04-13-2009, 02:56 AM I don’t know if I should thank those who posted these up or not. They sure are awful, but for me still do not top my favorite bad song, Tiny Tim’s Tiptoe through the Tulips (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skU-jBFzXl0).
Regards,
TB
Sandy G 04-13-2009, 06:37 AM Think I finally found something WORSE than that Gawdawful song by the 4 Non-Blondes...And that's an accomplishment..
gearhead 04-13-2009, 11:27 AM Tiny Tim sounds like a virtuoso compared to these two.

Arkay 04-13-2009, 01:05 PM I'm not sure which is worse, Bree-bree or Foot-foot...each horrible in it's own way. Tiny Tim was awful, too.
Anyone remember Mrs. Miller? She took very good, top hit songs and utterly butchered them with that nasal, awfully-timed, off-pitch, overly-vibrato'ed voice of hers. I think people were fascinated with how bad she was, and felt compelled to listen, just like one might be tempted to watch a slow-motion accident or stare at a snake that was about to bite you. She got on most of the biggest talk shows, and some people actually claimed to like her seriously --but I think they were all "taking the mickey", as the British say. Two examples:
Downtown (probably her most famous -listen all the way through):

Hard Day's Night:

I guess the idea of making someone famous because of how BAD they are never really dies. In the sixties, it was more poking fun at the establishment and seeing how much one could get away with. More recently, we had another example: William Hung:

EDIT: Television and the internet will bring us an abundance of these, I suspect. For example, check out this guy:

IDK those are pretty bad.....
Sandy G 04-14-2009, 07:14 AM Mrs. Miller ! Omigawd ! I remember she had her 15 minutes of fame in the mid-'60s-I recall seeing her on "The Mike Douglas Show", & thinking she sounded just like my granmother-who had Parkinson's disease, & had the exact same quavering voice. I big-dealed my parents into buying "Mrs. Miller's Biggest Hits" for me-I think I still have it somewhere. The sad thing about Mrs. Miller was that apparently she really was a VERY nice lady, & never really caught on that she was being made fun of.
Logos 04-14-2009, 09:56 AM Most anything written by Toby Keith would be right up there.
Popular = good?
Popular = pandering?

Jailtime 05-26-2009, 08:11 PM Not quite worse than "Bree Bree". Still awful though. Brokencyde really sucks when they can't even cover an already terrible song. BTW, I saw their BC13 album at a respectable music store this weekend. :thumbsdn:

Joan Baez's rap song about Time magazine. A DJ here pulls that one out from time to time. It's like a car crash and I can't turn away.
