daza152 04-13-2009, 12:20 AM Hi can't pick just one but top 4 are
Shine on you crazy Diamond
Comfortably Numb(doesn't make any difference that its very commercial)
The great gig in the sky
Hey you
Even found this hard to decide on and probably left out some greats:tears:
Thanks Daza:music:
cmb3366 04-13-2009, 12:29 AM My absolute-favorite Pink Floyd song is High Hopes. The Wall and DSOTM were their best albums, but as a single, that song takes the prize in my mind.
Sir.Byrd 04-13-2009, 12:30 AM Fearless is my favorite.
JimJ[VT] 04-13-2009, 12:31 AM Shine on you crazy Diamond
That.
Ghoulardi 04-13-2009, 12:39 AM See Emily Play has always been my favorite...Shine On You Crazy Diamond would be the one if you don't want to go back that far...
daza152 04-13-2009, 12:45 AM ;2666712']That.
You have great taste:thmbsp:
Trower 04-13-2009, 12:46 AM Hmmm hard choice but I would have to say "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun" or "Remeber a Day" or "Goodbye Blue Sky"

Shine On You Crazy Diamond
Scuzzer 04-13-2009, 01:21 AM Too many eras to choose from. Barrett, pre-DSOTM, Waters, and finally Gilmour and then do you count live as well as officially released? Oh what the hell, I'll pick "One Of These Days" simply because I recently found a nice vinyl copy of Meddle and I always get the urge to turn it to 11 when its on.
Dr. Music 04-13-2009, 01:30 AM Dogs.
Second fave is Wish You Were Here.

pbinpb57 04-13-2009, 02:36 AM Back in the day, I played in a decent Floyd tribute band, (had to make SOME money because playing originals didn't pay the bills). One of These Days, Sheep, Another Brick... I truly love them all but when David Gilmore stretches out on "On The Turning Away"...I get a serious woody. :D
Cheers!
Damn hard choice. I think DSOTM and WYWH are both masterpieces and best taken as a whole. If I have to pick a single song that would be "Dark Side Of the Moon" or "Mother."
Anything from OBSCURED BY CLOUDS?
Cpt_Kaos 04-13-2009, 02:55 AM Comfortably Numb
Mother

The Pink Floyd sound never clicked for me, but I always loved that song. Fantastic. Wish they had kind of stuck with that sound.
"High Hopes" and "Echoes"
dynacoPAS 04-13-2009, 12:21 PM Comfortably Numb, Money, Time, and High Hopes from the division bell are my favorites. The Division Bell and Dark side of the moon are there best albums. The wall is good as well I don't knock it either.
ScramMan2 04-13-2009, 08:44 PM This is a hard one for me. I have been thinking of it all damn day long.
I have an extensive Pink Floyd collection. Albums, CD, SACD, DVD. Going back to day one with Syd Barrett. David Gilmour, solo stuff.
I have seen the Floyd twice at huge stadium shows in Milwaukee, and David Gilmours On An Island tour in a small intimate venue of 4,000 seats (Rosemont Theater).
Money - DSOTM (SACD)
Shine on you crazy diamond - WYWH (CD remaster)
Pigs - Animals (CD remaster)
