From the kitchen of Munchs Uncle
For this recipe I use a Visions clear sauce pan and a slotted spoon.
Boil a few inches of water in the bottom of a sauce pan. Let the water go off boil and keep it hot. Crack four eggs into the water and cover to let them go soft boiled. Toast two pieces of toast and butter with spreadable butter. Put a slice of deli American cheese and a piece of Canadian bacon on each piece of cheese toast. Place the toast with the cheese and the bacon in a microwave for 15 seconds. With the slotted spoon, dip each soft boiled egg out and over the toast, cheese and bacon. I know this sounds complicated, but after you do it once, you will never forget. It is the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to avoid paying almost 3 dollars for an Egg McMuffin, and it will be much more food. You can even substitute an actual English Muffin for the toast, but it will not taste any better!
