Just curious who will be arriving on Friday (even Thursday) and what time you will be here? Partially because I want to make sure that I am available for any exhibitors to register on Friday.

I'm not an exhibitionist by any means, but my flight gets in Friday mid-morning.

The wife and I get in areound 2:30 PM EST.

I should be there between 3 and 5pm EST. Thats if I actually get on the road at 5am...

If I go, we'll be taking the day off, and be up there probably check in time and at the latest 6, really, don't know alot, but if anyone needs help moving stuff/lifting, will be there to help!

Once I get there I can help move stuff. If anything needs to be picked up or delivered I can fit most anything in the back of my Subaru wagon. :thmbsp:

My conveyance lands around 9:30pm on Friday night.

EDIT: my flight was just changed and I will be in Detroit at 6 pm....I have a car reserved so can offer a ride after 6 pm to the hotel.

I think and a buddy are coming up. Along with a parent which is doubtful they come. Anyways let's not scare the youngins away. I wanna bring back an awesome report with pictures w/ members!

For any, and all exhibitors/member rooms, I am pretty sure that the person that the room was originally "sold"/assigned to, is the only one who is able to sign for the room and the keys. Reason being..each room must have a waver signed and a credit card must be put on file, with the hotel, for any incidentals or damage to the room.

Its a player copy, kind of scratched up but could use a good cleaning. Will probbly be the only vinyl I bring since I want it cleaned.

sorry to post again, I was just wondering if anyone recommends places to go near the hotel? we are staying at a hotel 2 minutes away from the fest. with checkout at 11 or whatever on sunday, we plan to leave 3-330. My mom needs something to do for 4 hours but doesnt want to stray far, or go into a large city.
