Been buying like a drunken sailor lately!:D Are there any inherent problems to watch for with these?:scratch2: bolly 05-05-2009, 11:08 PM for $900, they better be mint! sliver240 05-06-2009, 07:30 PM Hey Bolly are you in the military or work at Borden as a Civie? My Gramps retired from there as Sgt Major and dipped back as a civillian years ago! bolly 05-06-2009, 07:34 PM military sliver240, I Instruct at CFSEME, at EO Tech School slow_jazz 05-06-2009, 07:58 PM That is no bargain for sure. If their in great shape I'd do it. sliver240 05-06-2009, 08:24 PM So I can rope you into fixing stuff?!:D I make my way to Alliston the odd time. Nice area up there. Retro Stereo 05-06-2009, 08:27 PM The last several "decent" SPEC 2's I've seen on eBay went for $600 to $800 and the "decent" SPEC 1's have been going for $300 to $450 or so. One thing to keep in mind here, with an EchoWars rebuild of these two units, you're looking at another 30 years or so of sonic bliss. I would put my SPEC rebuilds up against much more expensive Amp/Preamp combos sold today and win. Just my $.02 Retro Army 05-06-2009, 08:29 PM Nevermind Retro nailed it and I completely agree!
