Where do I start?First off I don't have a high end tt.I have a technics sl d2 and a dual cs 515. The tech has a low budget cart and stylus which 'im using right now.My question is I think I'm ready to take next step.I have a shure v 15 typeIV mounted to the dual don't now cond of stylus and a pickering with no stylus that came with the technics.Which one would you guys work with or will it be a wash. THANKS IN ADVANCE

In my view, both of your turntables are good. To put it simply, stay put. Both cartridges are quite good. Just get a stylus for the Pickering.
I agree. Both TTs are good ones and their actual performance should be more linked to their current condition.
If the Shure sounds good, then the stylus should be in good condition. I am not sure what the compliance of the V15IV is and if it matches the SL-D2 tonearm well. If it sounds good on the Dual, then it's fine, just get a stylus for the Pickering.
