As the exclusive U.S. retailer for Yamamoto Sound Craft tube electronics and audio accessories, Venus Hi-Fi is pleased to announce the arrival of the following products for analog buffs.

First up are two new wooden headshells, both of which will enhance the tonality of any cartridge. The HS-1 (retail price = $85) is sculpted from African ebony, and results in a very precise presentation with incredible bass extension.

The HS-2 (retail price = $80) is sculpted from Japanese cherry, and results in a slightly softer presentation with more emphasis on the midrange.

Venus Hi-Fi is also now importing Yamamoto's RS-1 record clamp (retail price = $110), which is one of the company's best-selling products in Japan. The clamp is made of bronze, and is plated with smoked silver. (Photo not available.)

Happy listening!

Oh Man do I want one of those gorgeous headshells. Don't know what I would use it for but I want one. Question. Do the headshells come with wires. Cant see in the pic. Thanks

It looks to my old eyes that there are connectors just below the lower edge of the shells. More of it showing on the ebony model, including a bit of what appears to be striped wire.
