Recently discovering the Early Hollies albums. Have a question though, on their third Imperial album, I noticed on my copy the jacket just says "The Hollies". However the disc says "Beat Group!" - The Hollies. Can someone explain this? The songs are the same and the catalog numbers match. I've seen copies of the album with the title "Beat Group" on it also. Thanks...Also how hard is it to get the first and second albums "Here I Go Again" and "Hear! Here!". Evil Bay asks for too much.

Clean & original US/IR examples with the "stars & rays" type label are scarce - extremely scarce in the case of the Stereo version. Record dealers, collectors & (inevitably) ebay will see hammer prices in the US $150-200 range all day for Mono examples of these albums, higher still for Stereo LPs. Best bet: garage sales, antique malls, maybe reissues (if they exist?).

Yeah...that would be my next route...would be garage sales...never saw any reissues...
