I came across a Grado F-1+, and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of how much it's worth? From my reading it's the vintage version of the Grado Silver.

I'm using the "Quest 20" on one table, and an ADC XLM. They both sound amazing, and just don't knwo if the Grado it going to get much use. So I'm debating on selling it. Just trying to figure out where to price it at if I do.

The F+1 was on their lower end of the lineup in the early '70. Can not imagine it is worth much today. They are a nice cartridge. If NIB (actually cylinder) there is a price on the end. The average selling price was something like 40% of the printed price.

Brian, I read the F-1+ was up there with the Grado silver, but it sounds like they may not be the case. I may just post a price, and see if it sales, if not in a week i'll lower the price until it does if I don't find out what a good price to ask is.

Back then, there was not the range of models as there is today. Also not the range of series. See: http://www.gradolabs.com/frameset_main.htm for the older model range. I guess it would equate to the Silver today in terms of placement in the current low end range.
