WOW what a totally Great concert! Eric and Steve covered evrything from the Yardbirds to Spencer Davis to Cream to Late Clapton and The Blues. Played for over 3 hours and at one point Steve sat down at the Grand Piano and did Ray Charles version of Georgia and absolutely Stunned the House. Double encore with Voodo Child,Mr. Fantasy and more. All in all an truly wonderful and amazing show. Glad I stepped up to the plate and went.

Damn! Sounds great. What was the crowd demographic here like? More old than young or a pretty even mix?

Crowd was probably leaning toward 35-65 but with a lot of younger folks as well. Saw some people who brought their kids.

Seeing how old they are starting to look (and thinking about celebs like MJ who have passed away lately, at younger ages), I wonder how many more years we'll be able to see these guys performing? You were wise to sieze the opportunity when it arose!

Wow, that sounds like a great time. Legendary musicians, and as Arkay says, we need to see them while there is still a chance.
I saw a concert they did in 2007 I think - on PBS Great Performances.

Thanks guy`s for the kind words on the pic`s. It was a concert I did not want to miss. I have seen Clapton from Cream up to today and Winwood as well and this will surely be the last time the two of them will be together for a concert. I know that all of Claptons contracts are now fulfilled and I would think that he will take things a lot slower in the future. If we get to see him again it may be in smaller venues and more intimate settings. As far as Winwood he seems to be more concentrated on writing.
