Saw a nice Airline AM radio at a garage sale. He had it playing, providing the background chatter for the sale. Wooden case, smallish, bakelite or similar trim. He wanted $20. I passed, because I already have so much stuff I never use. If it were FM, maybe. AM... well, really other than the cool factor (and I do love the cool factor) is there any reason to listen to the Yankee games on this rather than a modern AM radio?

Am I an idiot for passing it by? Should I see if it is still there tomorrow?

How can you go wrong for 20 bux ? Yeah, I'd see if it was there tomorrow-it could be had for only $10 by then...
