Howdy Y'all, greetings from Texas.
Well I finally decided to join because I now need some help.
I've had my SA 9500 for about 6 months, bought through (you guessed it) ebay, It performed flawlessly the whole time I had it. sounds as good as my Accuphase E202. (my father bought new) the pioneer is clean inside and out. a nice piece. Then the other day while listening to ZZ Top at moderate levels, it just quit , the power was still on. the light was on, just no sound, so I turned it off. when I go to turn it back on the light turns on but nothing else happens, not even the usual "click" nothing. I know nothing about electronics! I do know how to hook a system up. I just don't know a capacitor from a hole in the ground.
My other question. My amp is pushing a set of ESS amt 1a's (my father bought new) as the "A" speakers and a set of Polk SDA 1a's as the "B" speakers, I often run A and B together. is/was this ok? I know there is a diferance in Ohm's. Thanks THOMAS
