The Ark and Live Nation are proud to present twelve-time Grammy winner, Billboard Century Award recipient and Country Music Hall of Fame inductee, Emmylou Harris, at the Michigan Theater on Friday, October 23 at 8 p.m.

Guitarist and songwriter Buddy Miller, who has backed Emmylou on many occasions and whom she has called one of the best guitar players of all time, opens the program as Emmylou's very special guest.

Tickets to see Emmylou Harris and her Red Dirt Boys with special guest Buddy Miller at the Michigan Theater are priced at $45 and $35 with limited gold circle seating available at $65. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, August 15.

Wrecking Ball, Daniel Lanois 1995 collaboration with Emmylou Harris, received almost unanimous critical praise (many critics placed the album on their year-end "best albums of the year" lists), and revived the aging country artist's career, bringing her to the attention of much younger rock audiences; it would go on to win a 1996 Grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album.
