I just sold a denon PMA-500z on ebay a week ago. It was 100% functional when I shipped it. but when the customer got it the left side of channel A and B will not work. I have opened it up and see no physical damage. and the packaging did not reflect damage. Anyone have any ideas on where to start? Thanks in advance! -John

Test it yourself first. If it still works as you said, you may be ok to return it.

Yes I tested the unit, and opened it up as well. The left side of channels A and B have zero output. I am not sure where to go from here. This is an amazing vintage receiver and I would like to have it back up to par.
