Hi Brian...and welcome. I was wondering if you have anything for speaker feet? I'm building some diy speakers and will be crossing this bridge in a bit. I would like something that performs well (no wobble) and looks good...the feet must also be strong...I'm guessing the speakers may come in at about 160-175lbs a piece.

oh...best of all, I don't want to spend a TON on the feet...if I gotta spend a little that's fine...but I've already got a good sum of money in this project...and still have to buy another amp for the woofer (when I bi-amp)

by the way...I have listened to some of the products you carry...nice stuff! I've currently got some of the AudioNote Kit three at my house...they are another guys...I'm borrowing them...he's got my Cary 300B monos at his house. I haven't gotten a chance to try the parallel 300B's yet tho. been real busy lately!

...and anyone who says Tube equipment can't rock...should try the Manley Stingray...This Int. rocks...and at a decent price too.

well, thanks for your help...and take care.

Hello!

Yeah, the Stingray is one rockin' little amp! I wouldn't be too surprised if this unit shows up here soon as one of my "featured products"...

Regarding speaker feet, I probably won't be of much help to you. Aside from stock spikes, I sometimes use the DARUMA isolation bearings under speakers, which can make a noticeable difference in terms of soundstaging and clarity. However, because these devices are (1) wobbly by design (!!!), and (2) have a practical weight limit of around 70 pounds per set, I don't think that the DARUMA is going to do it for you.

Cheers,
Brian

OK, what kind of speaker spikes or equipment isolators do you carry? Any pics I could see or models I could search on the web for pics?

Hi Wardsweb,

In terms of equipment isolation, I currently offer (1) isolation cones from Blue Circle and Vecteur, (2) isolation bearings from Final Laboratory, and (3) isolation platforms from Cambridge Audio and Shun Mook. I also carry equipment racks and speaker stands by Atlantis, Billy Bags, and Zoethecus.

Descriptions and/or photos of many of these products can be accessed by going to my website (www.venushifi.com), clicking on the "Products" page, and following the links provided. If you need additional information about a particular item, please drop me a line.

Hope this helps!
