I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm laid off from a great paying job that fed my audio and music addiction well. Now, with the belt tightened, I have turned to playing Pandora through my iTouch on my system instead of spending money on records.
Just before I got laid off, I was drooling over the Tape Project (from a a tech standpoint). Today, I noticed Pandora has several of those artists like Robert Cray and Bill Evans. Been getting a musical education all day and the sound is CD quality in my opinion.
What has your experience been like?

You need to upgrade cd players!
That said, pandora absolutely kicks ass. I love it! Really opened my world to lots of new music.

truth be told, I don't have a CD player on my system. Just a turntable and my CT-F650:)
Want to buy Sony's SACD player.

I like it. Don't use it as much as I used to though.

I've learned a lot from Pandora about blues ... and have a near ideal (to me) Blues 'station' set up :D Very cool. That's just blues... I will no doubt explore other genres at some point...

I wouldn't call it "CD quality," but I enjoy - have it on at work most of the time. Great way to check out new music.

Love it! log in around 200 hours a month. It has turned me onto some new artist that I had not heard before.

I have a membership with Live365 and listen daily. Does anyone know how Pandora compares to Live365?

Pandora is unavailable to people outside the U.S. It used to be, but they cut the rest of the world off a while back, and despite saying they "hope" one day to make it truly global, up to now it hasn't happened. I can't get Pandora! :tears:
...except for a cute girl I know by that name, but I won't get her, either, since I'm married! :D
Pandora is great when you just want stuff to play. I use it as filler music for when I study and what not. Most of the bands I know already.
