Hello all- I have come across a few sites of companies that engineer in one country and have manufactued in China some amps. One in particular is from Canada the Musical Paradise MP-428. This seems way too good to be true. It's a 300B stereo amp for under 600.00 USD? I know they are not using Tango iron or Black Gate Caps but how the heck are they pulling this off? I am wondering if my money is better spent sending my Moscode 300 back to George Kaye for about 1k of mods & upgrades or to play with something like this or one of the many other amps from China. Thoughts? Companies you have bought from and liked / disliked?? My speakers are new Sequerra Met 7's (91dB) and Sequerra 8-W woofers and T-9 ribbon tweeters. Simple crossovers and moderate listening volumes. I have run this system on my Decware Zen for a couple of years but need a little more than the 2.3 w/c. Love the forum and the exchange of ideas and encouragement that I find here with our the ''audiophile mine is better than yours'' bashing you find on other sites. Thanks for your input, Chris.

Get the Moscode back, and you probably will be happier. Even in China, when you are meeting a $600 price point for a stereo 300B amp, you are squeezing the hell out of the corner cutting.

If you already have a Moscode...... spend your money there.

It is difficult to find a much better sounding amp than a Moscode. Those things are heavenly.

Thanks for the direction. Anyone have a Moscode that's been sent back to George for upgrades? Want to share your experiences??
