Some feedback on AK member Susurus.
This weekend I traveled through his area 3 hours drive south of me, although I was on a tight schedule. We coordinated a freeway exit meeting late Sunday morning as I headed back north to Seattle. As we had agreed, I handed over a Phase Linear PL-8000 linear tracking TT that has been gathering dust with me for what I paid for it a couple of years ago.
But before I could get to the trunk to show him the table, Steve was thrusting a bag of 5 records on me. All 5 are shiny excellent condition Grateful Dead titles!

...including the 1967 Self-Titled release and 1968's Anthem Of The Sun. They are later pressings with the newer WB label. These will be great additions to my GD LP collection. Thank you, sir:thmbsp:
He and I have helped each other cover the Washington territory for coveted gear acquisition in the past including a pair of Fulton Modular (http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=189658)speakers, as well as some trades.
All transactions have been positive with Steve - including great communication, detailed description and discussions, and follow through. Sorry we couldn't visit, next time. Thanks again for the program material. :thmbsp:
