The owner said it is Klipsch Home Speakers, old school style and he want $250.00 pmsummer 10-15-2009, 02:56 PM Looks like it could be a Chorus. If so, go now. http://www.klipsch.com/na-en/products/chorus-overview/ mpholland 10-15-2009, 06:49 PM Could also be a Cornwall. Looks a lot like mine, but looking at the distance between the badge and the sidewall I think those may be a little smaller. harleyfatboy 10-15-2009, 07:37 PM Looks like a Forte...I have Cornwalls - and they look much wider than the speaker in the picture and also have Chorus and those are deeper than what I can tell in the picture...I vote Forte. goinslow 10-15-2009, 08:10 PM Could anyone tell me the model of this Klipsch speaker? The owner said it is Klipsch Home Speakers, old school style and he want $250.00 Ask the seller to look where the speaker wires hook up. The name plate is there. I vote Chorus as well. MickeySmile 10-15-2009, 08:13 PM I think Harley is a winner. So is it a fair price or what? Will it match with the TubeLab SE 2A3 amp? bliss53 10-15-2009, 08:34 PM Forte. Chorus is a little wider in relation to the badge. Really good with tubes. Had some quartets and they were very good with 15 watts of tube power. Listening to tricked out cornwalls and la scalas now. gatorvrx 10-15-2009, 09:13 PM Go get them........ pmsummer 10-15-2009, 09:15 PM Forte was my second choice. It's not a Cornwall, as it has a beveled grill. Either way (Chorus or Forte), $250 is a nice price. MickeySmile 10-16-2009, 09:55 AM I did check again with the owner and he said it is K4. So how is it? billy joe 10-16-2009, 10:13 AM I did check again with the owner and he said it is K4. So how is it? You all lose. Batigol 10-16-2009, 10:27 AM You all lose. lol harleyfatboy 10-16-2009, 11:18 AM KG4...those are nice speakers but I dont have an opinion on the price...I've seen Fortes for that low.and that would be an awesome price... gatorvrx 10-16-2009, 12:59 PM Yes KG 4's are very nice speakers... not sure I'd pay $250 though. I'd pay 200 max, for near mint to mint condition, but that's just me. I only paid $140.00 for near mint Forte's. If you want them, buy them. Even if you pay top dollar, I don't think you'll regret it. Let us know if you get them. Good Luck! JonL 10-16-2009, 01:04 PM I'd say $250 for KG4s is about the going rate, if not a bit high. |
