I've bought a few things from Silverline Records over the years. I get a monthly newsletter. This month's talks about a new format - Dual Disc. I haven't heard of it before, but sounds interesting. Here's an excerpt from the newsletter:

We will continue our aggressive release schedule with 45 DualDisc titles by the end of 2004!!!! During 2005, you can expect a steady stream of DualDisc releases each month.

I am so very glad to see their approach to what should have been done long
before now. If all the labels would get into it the format could really catch on if people didn't have to own specific players to enjoy the disk at all. They would be tempted I would think, to spend the money to buy the player to see what it's all about if they already have the disks to play.
