Howdy;
I'm a recent convert to the realm of decent audio. I've had mid tier HT stuff for some time, and always had some sort of stereo around, but when my GF and I decided to move into a bigger apartment over the summer the wheels in my head started spinning. I wanted a big nice stereo (maybe a couple as it turns out :scratch2:). So I started investigating and searching around for deals locally. It's a bit of a rabbit hole, isn't it :D Anyways, every time I did a search about a particular piece of equipment I always ended up with links to an audiokarma forum discussion, which invariably had the answers or info I needed. After a while it finally came to me that I should just go here first. After going on a blitz for a couple months I have a pile of gear, some OK, some not so much, but I've got a starting point and I can be a little more discerning in my impulsize purchases in the future :no: :D Anyways here's my official hello to all of the contributors here, thanks for all the help you haven't even known you've given me :tresbon: I probably won't be a super regular poster, but I'll be around. Watching. :smoke: :D

Living Room:
McIntosh MA-6100 Int Amp
Marantz 112 AM/FM Tuner
Entech Number Cruncher 205.2 DAC (digital input from Airport Express)
AR XA turntable (basic cart, to be upgraded... later)
B&W DM303 Main spkrs
Pinnacle P5+ (I think that's the model #) second zone kitchen spkrs - I can't stop myself from liking them, as much as I try.

2nd system:
Pioneer SX-880 (brought back from the dead with help from AK forum! standard transistor issue)
Realistic Mach Two's (probably going to swap these out, some time later on)
I mainly use direct iPod to Aux input here, but sometimes FM

Also-ran
Pioneer SA-7700 - currently in the living room replacing the McIntosh which is sick, not sure where that is going to go when the Mac is back.

Thanks for all your help! :thmbsp:
