I posted this in the DIY forum as well. I hope that's alright. I am thinking about doing this project and was wondering which capacitors and resistors I needed.

The Mike Feuerbacher page isn't specific. He says to use a 22k resistor but not what wattage, 1/2, 1/4, 1.

He also says to use 3.3uf 50v poly caps but then jonnywolfet on Head-Fi says that he used 47uf caps. That's a big difference. I wonder which size I should use. The local parts store didn't have any 3.3 caps so I was wondering what would be a good size to use.
