I can tell that the snowbirds are officially back in Phoenix this week.Those are the retirees who spend the winter only in Arizona.Whenever they come back,they send a bunch of stuff to the thrifts.Thats how I ended up with the wonderful manual Technics SL-2000 TT,and a boatload of vinyl.I had just posted a thread bragging about my vinyl finds,when tonight there was another shipment brought in at a local thrift.What I lucked out on in 10 minutes at a dollar a piece(all in very,very good condition or better):

The funniest thing was that a lot of the records had that vinyl tape labeling on the inner record label with one girls name on most of them.When I checked the condition of the Alice Cooper record,a little package slid out of the sleeve labeled"Strawberry flavored Reefer Papers" :scratch2: I guess back in the early seventies they didnt even have to pretend the papers were for tabacco,huh? :)
