Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me.I recently paired a Sony HA-T10 MC stepup with a Denon DL-103 and a Cambridge Audio 640P.The sound was fine but it seemed to be to loud.ANother words the gain was outputting to much. Was wondering if a Denon DL-103R would be a better match. The Output Impedence on the DL-103R is 14 Ohms and the DL-103 is 40.Is there some kind of math equation to fiqure this out?I really want to try out the DL-103R but I want to make sure I have a ok match with the stepup.Stats are below for Cart/Stepup/Phono

CARTRIDGE
DL-103R

Type
Moving Coil

Output voltage
0.25mV

Output Impedence 14 Ohms

STEPUP
