Okay, this one is a bit different.
I have 2 Alpine R10 subs that are in a custom box (the IDEAL sealed box accoriding to the makers) but from the calculations I noticed that the box could get a bit bigger; not by much but enough to be worth making a new box. Using the calculators does anyone know where I can find a calculator that allows the final F3 value to be changed and thus "tweak" the box volume? That is, how does one make the sub go lower with box dimensions or is the F3 point fixed for the driver in question (thus needing bigger cones, more expensive ones etc...). I realize this question is a bit technical but any help would be appreciated.
