Motorola Tube amp

Amp looks to be in good shape but I cannot say for certain if it works. Tested the tube and most are bad including the 6V6's Price 20.00 obo. plus shipping.

hmmm now this is one i should take you up on...... any idea on how much shipping would be to canada approximatley? i sense a nice old fender clone out of this one as long as the transformers are good

I wouldn't mind having the output transfomer out of that one myself. You wouldn't have another to match would you Grumpy? You must be cleaning house? Got any old "good" cartridges for sale?

Dan

Sorry I don't have a match for this amp. The only Pair of somewhat matching tube mono blocks i have are Pilots and they are prolly going to epay.

Yeah I got a few carts laying around here. Mostly Audio Technica, Empire, Pickering and Shure. Most would need a stylus.

Is that a Shure V15 cart? That would probably be worth buying a stylus for.

Sorry no more info but basically write off all but one or two of the tubes. They are junk. Only reason they are in the sockets is the chassis is not labeled for them.

The chassis is not labeled for tube type. If I yank the old ones out and don't mark the chassis I will forget what goes where.

I don't really care about the tubes. That's good iron for a console amp. Are you gonna buy that Rocky? Iwas thinking about it - I wish the transformers were tested.

unfortunatley i'm considering it too the tubes are nothing for me also i was just wondering what the rectifier it uses to see if i've got any on hand all the others look to be simple cheap preamp tubes and 6v6's which i've got enough of it'd be a good console amp too...... ahh i'll pass but i will go nadp ick up a sansui g-8000 for 24.99 canadian tomorrow!
