So I passed by a record store last night. They had a bunch of LPs on the stoop as they usually do. Today, I took a look at what was in the pile, and found out someone moved everything from the stoop to the sidewalk - out in the rain! So I did what any good-hearted American would do on Thanksgiving and gave these poor homeless records a refuge. I got lots of surprises in mostly really good shape - a couple albums are still sealed! Fortunately the rain didn't do any damage besides making some of the covers a little damp.

This store specializes in punk and harder-edge rock, but they do have other things. Still though, why would they destroy good albums like these? Surely they'd find buyers eventually. Do the record stores near you do this?
