Do any of you girls (or boys) have any good low-carb type recipes? I lost 30 lbs last summer by cutting out sugar and starchy food, and it cured my sleep apnea. But I'm running out of ideas for good stuff to eat. I live in a small town, and the produce at the local store leaves a lot to be desired.

Well, I know it sounds boring, but tuna is low cal/low carb. For lunch EVERY day I have a huge salad w/ chick peas, eggs (no yolks), mushrooms, carrots, raisins, and a healthy portion of tunafish. Fresh cracked pepper and balsamic vinegar for "dressing." I've lost 10 lbs in a month just by switching my lunch from leftover crap and pizza to a healthy salad!
