that will read from the soundcard a mic input and be able to plot a frequency response (probably generating tones at the same time I would guess)? Preferably one in which frequency bias' can be set.

I have one called "Spectrum Analyser Pro 3.2".

Not sure if it has everything you need tho' - google for it.
