AKFest is fast approaching....so it is time again for Grumpy and I to figure out what type of foods we are going to have. We have a few ideas of our own, but I thought that I would ask the members who are going to be there if they had any ideas.

Remember..no alcohol, and make these ideas fairly simple. If anyone would like to/or is planning on bringing anything please let me know.

Lemme clarify something here. She meant we WILL NOT be supplying booze but there is a bar in the hotel that you are more then welcome to pay a visit to.

Bagels are a good idea, easily eaten on the move and quite filling.
Love a fresh bread with olive oil and basalmic vinegar
Pasta dishes, hot or cold, are always welcome

She didn't mean no Alcohol she just meant AK wont be paying for that. Iffen we had to pay for guys like Thor to drink hell AK couldn't afford the Can deposit alone :)

Ok guys..Sorry about the Beer confusion...I was tired (Grumpy makes me work such long hours to support his AK habit).

Some great ideas..but do we really want greasy food? It is your call...

We had already talked about possibly doing bagels and cream cheese for the early morning crews. Lox..well your on your own...

Kam...I am willing to pitch in on the wings...IF I GET SOME THIS TIME!!!! (Last time I warmed them up, set up all the food and they were gone before I had a chance to have any..I was bummed) How about we have a "Wing Wad"...if ya want Tim to bring wings we pitch in just so we can have some of those awesome wings...if ya didn't see this thread ..ya missed out...(boy.. am one cold hearted B****.)

Keep the ideas coming and we will look into alot of different ideas....
