Coming to the Fest? We need you to check in!

We're trying to get a formal head count on AK Fest 2005, so that we can attempt to plan for food, chairs, possible after-Fest activities, etc.

If you are coming to the Fest, please email me at akfest05@aol.com . I will need to know:

1. Your arrive/depart day (and any other time tidbits you'd care to offer)

2. How many people you're bringing

3. Your method of transportation (and how many extra seats you have
available in your car, if we all go out together)

4. If you're flying in, and you need to be picked up from the airport (we will be trying to co-ordinate something if possible on this end)

5. If you're flying out, and need a ride to the airport, your depart time (we can't promise, but we'll make an effort)

6. Anything else we should know or you'd like to mention

Please do this as soon as possible so that we can finish planning!
