Got a lot of stuff I’ve been sitting on the fence on whether or not to get rid of. I like all of these and had plans to use them, not enough room or time. Just been too busy to deal with listing it on ebay and/or dealing with shipping. With AK fest coming up I’d like to offer the following stuff to members that can pick up at the fest. Prices are negligible, interesting trades considered.
Marantz 1200: New caps in the low voltage power supply, Outstanding condition. With or without mint wood case. $300, $400 with wood case
Marantz 250: New NOS driver boards, new relay and ON Semi outputs, Outstanding condition. With or without mint wood case. $500, $600 with wood case
Dual 1229Q: Works, cleaned and lubricated, single spindle, United Technology walnut base, low dust cover. V15 III cartridge with good original stylus. Extra head shell with Shure M91ED with a new stylus for 78’s. $150
NAD 106 pre-amp. Nice little pre-amp with MC and MM phono stage, gold connectors, XLR and RCA amp connections Make reasonable offer.
Carver M-4.0T amp: 375wpc into 8 ohms, 500wpc into 4 ohms, or 1000 watts bridged (mono). Works well with the above mentioned NAD pre-amp and a CD player, but when hooked into my main system with all my other gear has ground loop problems. Just no time to track the issue down. Make reasonable offer
Ohm I speakers: Ohm’s largest conventional speaker. Picked up this second pair for the spare parts. Since have had my original drivers upgraded. Like to pass these outstanding speakers to someone that can appreciate them. Make offer.
Phase Tech PC-600HO: 2 way speakers, woofers rebuilt by phase tech. Nice smaller floor standers, one cabinet has some veneer lifted at the bottom and a small missing piece. Sell for less than it cost to rebuild the woofers. $75
Fisher 500C: Amp and Pre-amp done by NOS valves, tuner done by me. Many new tuner tubes, 12AX7’s original, tested great and matched 7591’s, have an extra quad of new EH’s to go with it. Very good condition, walnut case in good condition. $600
