InFocus X1 Projector

I recently purchased an InFocus X1 Projector. Whether using the native, widescreen, or 4x3 format, in either component video or high def. , the entire picture does not fit on the screen. example- if there was a bar at the top with the name of the channel, and a bar at the bottom with other info, the entire bars do not appear.
My zoom is adjusted all the way in. and my projector is mounted at the proper heighth and distance from my screen.
Anyone have any suggestions? :dunno:
