What goes on at the AKFEST????

Since i just joined this site, im not sure what the AKFEST is all about! What goes on, what is there to do? Do i need a special invitation? Do i have to bring audio equipment? Is it hagin out listen to music with some brewski's or is it like going to a convention center? I live fairly close(South Bend, IN) and im planning on attending because i really want to learn more about the whole audio scene! If anyone could fill me in i would greatly appreciate it ! :guitar:

A bunch of us Audio Geeks drewl over each others gear and have great time in the process. You quickly realize there are a gazillion ways to a fine sounding system. A real bunch of friendly people.
