My mother's having surgery tomorrow, removing one of her parathyroid glands that has a growth and is causing problems. I need to stick around to help out her and dad (who had an emergency root canal Tuesday) -- Foe

I would like to be there, but this time tomorrow I should be hittin' an evening hatch on the Green River. AKFest happened to be the same weekend I had planned our yearly fishing trip.

But hands-down, definitely, no-doubt-about-it will be there next year. Have a great time everyone and take lots of pictures!!
