I used to have that problem from time to time. I eliminated the source.

What kind of filtering device did you find to eliminate this distortion? I don't have the problem with my wife, but was wondering if the same technology could be applied to kids. Is this in any way related to the technology used in "noise canceling" headphones? I've heard it's similar, but much much more expensive!
Take care,
Ed
I think sometimes you reach a point where the cost to eliminate the source out weighs the discomfort of the source :) (unless you win the LOTTO and then all bets are off)
