1. Bring lots of your own types of music to listen to on the various systems. Much as I don't like them its a given that nearly all systems there will have a CDP in them so you cannot go wrong with bringing you favorite well stocked CD wallet.
2. Be prepared to do a bit of walking. There will be about 20 listening rooms so a good pair of shoes wont hurt ( Pun intended)
3. Save your voice since you will no doubt be talking and shooting the shit with all the great folks you will meet there.
4. When arriving to the hotel proceed to the 12th floor. The entire Festival will now be on this floor of the hotel.
5. Once arriving on the 12th floor there will be a room marked Check In. All guest must go to this room first. From there you will be free to go to all of the listening rooms.
6. If you are setting up a listening room they will available for you to get into as early as Friday evening. If you cannot make it then we will be at the hotel at 8:00AM Saturday morning.
7. The Fest does not open until 10:00AM so please try not to get there to early. The folks who have listening rooms need the time prior to 10:00 AM to set up their rooms.
8. Elusivedisc will be selling lots of cool and hard to find vinyl and accessories at the show. Be sure to bring lots of cash. I know I plan on it :)
9. Almost forgot one of the most important things. Please be respectful our guest stereo equipment. Some of it is extremely expensive. Only touch it it you are invited to do so.
Looking forward to meeting and shooting the shit with many new and old friends. Wont be hard to find me or the rest of the guys you know from this site so be sure to stop by and say Hi.
