Anybody know if this place has data-lines in their rooms so's I can do some on-the-spot picture posting and insightful reporting from my room?

Don't think so, last year I was using dial-up.

Don't think so, last year I was using dial-up.

As long as I have access to a standard rj-whatever phone jack, I'm good to go...............

Grumpy (or anyone else in the know..)

Can you please confirm what internet services might be available in the hotel this year?

Is it strictly wireless access? ... or are wired connections available in the rooms as well??

Sorry as of right now I do not know the answer.

I think the safe assumption would be simple dial-up only from the rooms as in previous years.

I just called the hotel to see if I could get an intelligent answer from the front desk staff.

I was told that the hotel offers internet access via wireless and/or dial-up only.

The staff were not able to provide me with any additional details to give me any significant level of confidence in the response, but based on what I was told it does seem unlikely that high-speed wired connections will be available.

The safest assumption might be "dial-up access only" as Billfort suggested!

The wife and I tried last year, as then they said wi-fi was only in the 5th floor and the lobby. Couldn't access either.
