I just got back from a local show they did and was curious if anyone else here knew of them. For those who don't know 'em, all I can say is go buy one of their cds-- they're amazing. It's some middle-aged Soviet guys doing eastern- and funk influenced rock 'n roll, loud, fun and crude the way it's supposed to be. It's kinda strange, I haven't really heard anyone else who sounds quite like 'em to give a reference. Prolly not for the kids either (with song titles like "The Strip Joint is Closed" and lyrics to match), but it's easily the best show I've been to this year.
