Jay Leno was cracking wise on the Tonight Show last night about needing a Passport to cross the border now. Don't know if it is true or if it is now in effect, but you might want to check it out.

I really wasn't paying much attention, so this might not be true, but if it is you want to be prepared.

Sorry, this is in the future. I Googled this http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/04/05/national/main685784.shtml and it isn't till 2008.

No passport required until 2007!

Thatch, not to be outdone, the Canadian government is looking at you needing a passport to come this way, and for that matter, the 'US-VISIT' program will require YOU to carry a passport when you leave the good ol' U.S. of A., when it is fully in place. No passport, no re-entry!
