As soon as baseball is done (I'm the coach), we start work.
This is the kid's car we're fixing up for him to drive to school this fall. 1988 Nissan Pathfinder 6 cyl - 5 speed !!
Got a list of "fix it" going of stuff needing attention. Body is good needs, mechanical work.
So what are your "summer projects" besides stereo?

I always like the Pathfinders. They just never had the legroom for my big butt. My biggest project I will be starting soon is putting a radio in my chevelle to apease the wife. Oh wait thats stereo related. I guess my other projects I need to finish are painting and finshing some drywall (YUK). When I sell a few more Items then I can moe onto a set of gears and a posi then its off to the Dragstrip :zoom:

Well my project is to find a JOB. But until that happens I am being guilt tripped into working on fixing the girlfriends mothers house :puke: I have a degree in building construction but no one listens to me. I tell them the way we should do things and all the wanna do is jerry rig shit, some examples of what they tell me.
"Vapor barrier we don't need no vapor barrier"
"what does in matter if a window header is laying flat"
Well, lets just say I have a million projects on the go, but for the summer heres the top on my list:
1) 4/5/6 gears in the difs of the TJ
2) replace the standard posi with a detroit locker in the Dana 44
3) Arb air locker in front end
After all this work if I still have any money left, a 4:1 Tera Transfer Case. Just finished the new control arms, 33 inch mud tires (which may be upgraded to 35's) and new springs and shocks. Also purchased a slipyoke eliminator kit and shortshaft conversion (to rid myself of driveline vibration)!!
Lastly taking the advanced lead rock climbing course this summer. Plan to nail a 5:11 this summer.

My main summer project is to get rid of some of my projects. I'm thinking about putting my two Jensen Healey's on Ebay with the previso they have to be picked up here. No way I'm going to setup freight for two cars. Especially when one is a total frame off tear down for resto.
Get both the kids 21 & 23 out of the house and on their own. Enough parasites already.
Get some of my sick audio fixed and sold.
Paint the storaage shed (last on my list)
