For Sale: Sherwood S5500 II tube amp
This was my very first tube amp. For sentimental reason I have kept it around the house for many years. Wife says some of my stuff HAS to go.
I have never had a problem with this amp but After sitting for nearly 3 years I sent it up to Craig at NOS Valves. I asked him to fix what ever he could find wrong. Well when it came back I was informed he could not find anything wrong.
OK so here is my beloved Sherwood S-5500 II. It uses 7591 which are included and tested good. All the other tubes were tested and replaced as needed.
Cosmetically this amp is in very nice shape. About the only thing is the gold has long since rubbed off the bezel around the faceplate ( pretty common on these Sherwood's )
