For Sale, at Audio Atlanta: Marantz 2220 receiver. 20w x 2.
This is, literally, just about the cleanest Marantz 2220 I've ever encountered.
There is literally NOT a SINGLE significant scratch on the top cover ANYWHERE. There are NO scratches in the brushed metal, on either the front panel or knobs, that are visible from more than 1" away. And even those are few and far between.
The unit works great- all the service it needed internally, was a gentle dusting, the replacement of three light bulbs (the two stereo indicator bulbs- which were replaced by the CORRECT CURRENT AND VOLTAGE bulbs, and one of the dial back-light bulbs), and a general control and switch cleaning. Outside, other than a gentle cleaning with Windex, a toothbrush and a cloth, it needed NOTHING else.
Even the REAR of the unit is virtually immaculate- no fading of the red and black plastic on the speaker terminals, all the RCA jacks are pretty much corrosion-free... all it took was the same toothbrush-windex-cloth routine to get it pretty much spotless...
