It is a beautiful deck. couldn't resist that "all-metal" look. I said "what the hey. if it sucks, it still looks nice". Lucky i tried in my test tape at value village. Sounded pristine! i still use it today! no problems except that the counter belt snapped but i can live without a counter...would have looked waaay better with slider recording controls tho.
