a/d/s L500 speaker systems

Ouch! Only $110 and shipping for these nice smaller (but well built) speakers.
Check it out, these sell for 2x and 3x the price. I'm trying to get some nice stuff into a good home.
It has been two years since I last had these into a system. Will hook 'em up for a listen if interested. Did I say these were nice sounding? Yes they are.

I'm currently using a pair of ADS (this seems to be before a/d/s) L500s as my primary speakers, with pretty good electronics (Benchmark DAC-1 feeding an Arcam 250 receiver). I've been checking out the local hifi stores the last two weekends. I haven't found anythink I think is as good, even at $2000/pair. I have a feeling I should prefer the $2000 Revel bookshelves. But I don't. A lot of otherwise fine speakers mange to make large choral works sound muddy. (And no, I don't consider boosting the treble a useful approach to clarity.)

I'm the original owner. They are in perfect condition. They had been in a room I didn't use that much until recently. I had made the mistake of buying a pair of Vienna Acoustics Haydns. They aren't bad, but they don't compare to the L500s.

I've wondered whether I should be looking for L710s or L810s, and use these as rears, but they sound so good I hate to risk something new.
