Hello musicians - anyone here know about a Kustom 250 amp head? I was given one in a very retro blue tuck-N-rolled blue metalic naugahyde. The only thing wrong was a broken power switch and that was just the plastic threaded part was cracked. So, I epoxied it and now good as new. The back has three 1/4 jacks; "to tape record" and two for "to module input". I don't get the "to module input". They look like the audio out jacks. Anyone know?

If its the one I think it is its from the early 70's. I liked the way they sound and think it would be worth restoring/keeping. They had a pretty cool folded horn cab that you could buy with it. Any pic's? BTW 250 was suprsingly 250 watts :)

You saw at least a half dozen of those heads at any given "Battle of the Bands" back in the late 60s/ early 70s'.
And don't forget Murph and the MagicTones!!!!
I worked on one Kustom combo a few years ago that had jacks marked like that. One is a line output and the other is a direct to the power amp. Speaker outs are safe for 4 and 8 ohm loads.

Here is a pic I grabbed off Ebay. The blue button on the right is power and the other is for polarity.
