Another Colorado Area "get-together"

We are planning a get-together on the 30th of July. I have offered my place to host this. I am an hour North of Denver. Let me know via PM if you plan on attending. And if you are and want to haul some gear with you feel free as I have more than enough room. I will probably do some grilling and have some other munchies. If you want something specific to drink :beer: bring it.

If the general consensus can't make it on that date we'll plan another time. I have heard from a couple of people that I had PM'ed already.

I am thinking about bringing my JBL L96's and the Advent 5002's. Most of you heard Brian's L112's so the comparision should be fun. Also if Eddie or anyone else can bring their Original Advents an A B would be interesting. What are you guys planning to bring? I'm getting excited anyone else?

It will be interesting to hear your "new" JBL's Ross. What shall we drive them with....hmmmm? I have the same Soundcraftsmen amp that I brought to your house and the "new" to me Accuphase. It definitely will be fun.

Lookin' forward to it. Still would like to hear from so other folks :).

I was going to bring my Timewindows. I can't tell you how much I like these speakers. I can bring the Advents too. Not that we need it, but I might bring my Onkyo cassette deck too just because I am so excited about it (not sure why exactly). It looks cool and you might get a kick out of it.

I am as of yet unsure what to bring. I don't seem to have anything extraordinary to contribute. Here is a list of gear and if anything jumps out let me know.

Receivers/amplifiers:
Pioneer SX-850
Concept 12.0D
Sansui AU-888/TU-888
Harman Kardon PM665
(2) Pioneer SX-828, one with a hum in the left channel and the other with a lighting problem

Speakers:
Polk RT7
NHT SB3
JBL S310 (not exactly easy to move but I can bring them)

And a bunch of other stuff not worth mentioning including my Sansui 881 which until recently had one intermittent dial bulb. Now, after replacing all of them, NONE of the bulbs work. I have yet to figure out what I did.

Well I think me and Mike will do our own get together just for the guys who have Thursdays off :D If I could make it, the earliest I might make it would be 4:00 and that would be just enough to piss me off more about my job. :thumbsdn:

In fact...it would be awful nice of you to haul up some of your most recent acquisitions the night before that way we can make sure they work like they are supposed to...good idea dontcha think :naughty: . :D
